Lampstand is an inner city Christian ministry that spreads the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout the West Side of Chicago. This big goal can only be accomplished by working together so we act as a bridge that connects outreach minded people with people in need. We endeavor to multiply our impact by partnering with other ministries in order to reach a maximum number of people.
We seek to connect those who live in the suburbs with their urban neighbors. We encourage various Christian denominations to serve together. We connect a variety of urban ministries so that they can help each other reach more people. We strive to see people with different ethnic backgrounds to work together to serve people in need on the West Side of Chicago.
We find ways for everyone to participate by implementing a variety of different outreach methods including but not limited to:

- Service Projects
- Feeding Programs
- Clothing Distribution
- Urban Farming
- Entrepreneurial Guidance and Investment
- Sports Play and Coaching
- Tutoring and Mentoring
